Indigenous Tribes are angry at the construction plans of the Belo Monte Dam that will serverly affect their way of life in the forest. Many of the tribal leaders showed up to the capital Brasilia to protest with a petition signed by 600,000 people. They are up against the plans laid out by the former president Lula to improve the country's infrastructure, which lack behind many of the emerging countries.
